Thank you so much for the Sims 2 CDs backups! I’ve exchanged one of my kits and never got it back, and lost a few others, so being able to get them back through this site is a blessing For those having trouble launching the installation, you’ve got to install “WinCDEmu” first and follow the instructions of this website to get the ed files in .iso to function.
-> You may also encounter the issue after double-clicking on the emulated disk. In that case, open your task manager, click on “create a new task”, click on “choose path” and go into the emulated disk and select the “autorun” file, and don’t forget to check the box which activates priviledges (or whatever it’s called, sorry I’m French). It will launch the emulated disk as if it were physically in your computer, and will get you rid of the blocking.
I cannot seem to install any sims game from this site, I have read over the instructions many times it seems on windows 10 it is really tough.
I have ed other games too and once ed it starts up and just stops, o have edited the compatibility to windows 7, XP starter pack 3 and ran as , still does not work
any help would be great
