    • What version of Windows are you running? I’m on Windows 10 and I mounted it Cyberdisk. I think (I’m not positive) I used the RetroArch emulator (it’s free!) so maybe give that a shot?

    • I don’t really understand so cmiiw but I think it has something to do with another graphic software required to play this game (I think it requires quicktime? or that type of software you need to run the games with good graphics). Have you installed quicktime that’s suggested when you install the barbie game for the first time?

  4. It’s not fitting to my screen :((( not sure if I can fix this, but every time I load it up, it only shows a corner of it in the bottom right part of my screen, the rest of the screen is black. It’s unplayable. Is there a way I can fix it to format it to my screen?

    • Depending on your computer, you can fix this issue! For myself, I have an HP laptop and all I did was play around with my settings in “Display” until the resolution fit my screen. Hope this helps!

  6. I’ve checked the game files and found several things like Ballroom, Mosaic, Throne etc. And those things worked well in the game. However, I did not see magic tool box or map files, is it possible that I could not use them due to the missing files? I’ve extracted all files but could not find those several files.

    • Are you playing the game on Windows XP? It could be that some of the features aren’t working properly if you’re using a newer operating system

  7. Hi, thank you so much for sharing this game with us. I’ve managed to extract all the files, and I’ve also managed to mount the ISO files. It worked well and I was able to play the game. However, the magic toolbox is not working. When I click on something, the toolbox opens but there is nothing in it. The game also frequently crashes, and I’m only able to fix one thing each room. How can I fix this?

  8. Hi, I managed to mount the ISO file and install the game, but when I try to run it, a black screen pops up for a moment before it closes again, and nothing else will happen. I have tried adjusting the compatibility settings on my computer, but that causes problems with QuickTime, which is required to run the game. Do you have any advice? Thanks in advance.

  10. Game won’t play without a disc at all and I clicked on nearly everything in the files and even read your install instructions about 10 times which also very few words and not very helpful.
